The Forum for Indian Development Cooperation (FIDC) was launched at a seminar held on 15 January 2013 in RIS. The idea was to have a forum for exploring various facets of development cooperation, which would also seek to draw upon India’s own experience. FIDC was launched by Mr. P. S. Raghavan, Additional Secretary, Development Partnership Administration (DPA), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Amb. Shyam Saran, Chairman, RIS presided over the launch while Ms. Lise Grande, Resident Representative, UNDP gave special remarks. The FIDC is housed in RIS, New Delhi.
